Welcome to the 2018 REDD+ International Symposium!

The Korea Forest Service has hosted the REDD+ International Symposium since 2012 to understand the international trend of REDD+ and to share Korea’s experience in implementing REDD+ projects in four countries, Cambodia, Indonesia, Myanmar and Lao PDR.

This year, the symposium will be held under theme of REDD+ Current Status and the Way Forward. In this regard, we would invite experts in REDD+ and discuss various topics in each session; The Current Status and Main Issues of REDD+, Support for REDD+ and Implementation, and Cooperation in Landscape Restoration.

It would be a great opportunity to exchange ideas about REDD+ with experts and learn from each other. I look forward to meeting you there!
